പ്രവാചകന് മുഹമ്മദ് നബിയുടെ ബാല്യകാലത്തെ ആസ്പദമാക്കി മജീദ് മജീദി ഒരുക്കിയ ചിത്രം 'മുഹമ്മദ് :ദ മെസ്സെജര് ഓഫ് ഗോഡ്' എന്ന രാജ്യാന്തര ചലച്ചിത്ര മേളയില് പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കും. മേളയുടെ ജൂറി വിഭാഗത്തില് പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രം ഇറാനിയന് സിനിമാ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ മുതല്മുടക്കില് നിര്മിച്ചതാണ് .ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ സംഗീത സംവിധാനം നിര്വഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് എ ആര് റഹ്മാനാണ്. 2015 ല് ഇറാനില് നിന്നും മികച്ച വിദേശഭാഷാ ചിത്രത്തിനുള്ള ഓസ്കര് നാമനിര്ദ്ദേശവും ചിത്രം കരസ്ഥമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ടെഹ്റാനില് തയാറാക്കിയ സെറ്റിലും സൗത്ത് ആഫ്രിക്കയിലും ആയിരുന്നു ചിത്രീകരണം. മുഹമ്മദ് നബിയുടെ യുവത്വം മുതലുള്ള കാലഘട്ടം കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന 2 ചിത്രങ്ങള് കൂടി ഇതിന് തുടര്ച്ചയായി ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഡിസംബര് 10 ന് നിശാഗന്ധിയില് രാത്രി 10:30 നും, 12 ന് ധന്യ തീയേറ്ററില് രാത്രി 8: 30 നും ചിത്രം പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കും.
